    Very good food. Went for Mother's Day and wait actually wasn't very bad. Usual UP Supper club style. Put name in at hostess stand, went to bar to order drinks, also had 6 for $6 jumbo shrimp cocktail (they were great). Many people at bar were ordering grasshoppers which looked great but didn't try one. Hostess came in bar to take our food order and directed us into dining room. Cups of soup/salad to start were good and entrees (halibut special, scallops, and steak and scallops) were all very hot and tasty. Service was very friendly. Would definitely return.

    Went with a large group, and they accommodated us well. They have an interesting selection of beer, and our group tried the walleye, and steak. The walleye was very good, but several people reported that the steak arrived in a pool of liquid. Service was excellent, though they had a hard time keeping our bills straight. Might go again.

    Our friends were denied service due to the fact that one of them has a service dog. He is a 48 yr disabled veteran! His dog is a certified service dog! I will never patronize this place and I hope many other people reconsider. UPDATE: One of the owners reached out to my friends and offered to make things right, which included training for staff and awareness regarding veterans visiting their establishment. They also made a donation to Custom Canines Service Dog Academy, which is the training facility where my friend’s dog was certified.

    Black Widow beer was as good as the best Guinness I ever had. Rib eye steak was huge, juicy and tasty, though a tad too salty. The sweet potato waffle fries were very disappointing. They were sweet! Bleah!

    Wow!!!! Their business model is a little different...but it was fantastic all around! First you are seated at the waiting area bar, and they actually come and get your order there. When they come and get you, they seat you and your courses start arriving immediately. Excellent food, excellent service and all around wonderful place. I haven't had decent gnocchi since my Italian grandma passed away and theirs knocked my socks off. Lovely dinner!!
